The institute offers professional management training, custom government and corporate development programs, strategic retreats, group courses, and executive action-learning workshops in Istanbul, Turkey.
The management training programs and bespoke corporate action-learning services cover the fifteen general management functions, including strategic planning, leadership, operations, supply chain management, finance, accounting, human resources, marketing, information systems, business law, governance, policy, managerial economics, project management, and artificial intelligence.
The government training courses are designed for public administration professionals and managers working for government agencies, including municipal, city and state governments, civic and community leaders, political leaders, and development agencies.
The duration of the short courses varies from 2 to 4 days and 1 to 2 weeks. The duration of the professional development programs varies between 1, 3, 6, and 12 months. The duration of some programs can be customized to client needs.
The training programs are offered monthly from January to December in multiple venues.
