Hotel rates can vary according to the season. Prices range from $50 to 200 per night. It can be difficult to find
rooms during the high-season and major events. We recommend that you book your flights and
rooms at 2-4
weeks in advance.
Las Vegas Corporate Housing (for group travel)
Sharing furnished condominiums and executive homes can be cheaper than
staying at hotels for extended periods of time. Ask the following vendors for accommodation
locations in Summerlin Area / West of Las Vegas (near IIM office building,
zip code 89145).
Las Vegas Transportation
Summerlin area hotels and the IIM is about 14 miles from
McCarran International Airport, (LAS). Car rentals, taxis and limousines are available at the Airport. Ask the
airport information desk for directions. There
is so much to see and do in the city, we recommend that you rent a car.
Parking is free at the
hotels.
Las Vegas Car Rentals
You can rent a car for about $25 per day and up. The car rental will provide you with
a map and directions to the hotel.
Las Vegas Taxicab Prices and Fares:
- From the airport to any of the above-listed Summerlin area hotels,
the taxi fare is about $60. Not all the taxis accept credit cards (bring cash with you)
- From any of above-listed Summerlin area hotels to IIM the
taxi fare is about $5

Las Vegas Limousines
For the same price as a taxi, you can rent a limousine for one hour from
$40 to $75. The driver will meet you at the airport and you can avoid taxi
waiting line.
