> MedNetU - Euro-Mediterranean education consortium. - 25 partners from 11 countries
   (Developing E-learning courses for broadcast over the European satellite channels and Internet)

> MedPride - Small business innovation and enterprise creation consortium - 12 partners from 10 countries
   (Knowledge transfer, training and capacity building for member countries)

> Paradigma - Disease global management research consortium - 26 partner from 10 countries
   (Developing international disease management network and knowledgebase)

> Launch of online management best practices survey
