PRESS RELEASE For Immediate Release: (Milan, Italy Dec 05, 2005) - Call for Global Disease Management Partnership Proposals. A multinational research consortium announced today the completion of
phase one of Paradigma project. PARADIGMA (Participative Approach to Global
Disease Management) is non-profit pilot research project, co-funded by
European Community under the EUMEDIS Initiative and by 26 consortium
partners from 10 countries. EUMEDIS – Euro-Mediterranean Information Society
Initiative is a multi-billion Euro research program that aims at developing
and leveraging adoption of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)
in several sectors including health and disease management
About Paradigma: PARADIGMA is non-profit pilot e-health networks research project, co-funded by European Community under the EUMEDIS Initiative and by 26 consortium partners from 10 countries. About EUMEDIS – Euro-Mediterranean Information Society Initiative is a multi-billion Euro research program that aims at developing and leveraging technology management best practices in socio-economic development across the region in five sectors including e-learning, small business enterprise creation, e-health, e-commerce and e-tourism. About IIM: International Institute of management (IIM) is an advanced management best practices education and research institute. IIM is a co-funding and implementation partner of MedPride project.
