Management Training Courses: FAQ Q: How does IIM validate the identity of distance learning students? A: In most cases, IIM validates the identity of candidates via their own company reference, notary public or an assigned third independent party. IIM also reserves the right to validate the candidate's identity via additional methods, including but not limited to providing a copy of government issued ID, hand-written paper submission via fax, telephone interviews and online video-conferencing.
