About IIM Work Model:

• IIM is pioneering a new work model for the new economy. IIM helps executives break from the boundaries of traditional inefficient employment models into Intrapreneurship models, thus providing new levels of individual and organizational growth and success. It does not make sense to advise organizations and executives on success, if our advisors do not prove to be successful in their own right. Therefore, we only look for associates who are independently successful, well established and self-employed. 
• We do not offer teaching jobs. We do not have employees, we only have partners, associates and contractors. Except for limited administrative support functions, IIM work model is project, result and performance oriented. 
• IIM uses information and communication technology (ICT) to conduct substantial part of it's work, thus supporting maximum flexibility in time and geography for both our associates and clients
