Editors Guidelines
IIM invites management experts, consultants, researchers and educators to join EJ
editorial team. Applicants from all specializations and countries are
encouraged to apply
To become an Associate Editor/Reviewer, applicants must:
- Have excellent written communication skills
- Have an MBA and more than 5 years senior management or management consulting
experience
- Available to review 4-8 papers per month
- Ability to critique submissions along with comments from readers
- Must submit bio and references
- Be interviewed and approved by one of IIM's advisors
To become an EJ Senior Editor, applicants must:
- Be published
- Have excellent written communication skills
- Have an MBA and/or PhD and be a respected subject matter expert
- Have an MBA and more than10 years senior management or management consulting
experience
- Available to review 4 paper per month
- Ability to critique submissions along with comments from readers
- Must submit bio and references
- Be interviewed and approved by one of IIM's advisors
