IIM's Course Registration
and Cancellation Policy.
You agree to
the following:

You are 21 years of
age or older.
|

Course: |
|
You
agree with the course objectives and delivery methods. You
understand that IIM is an executive education and professional training institute. IIM
does not offer academic degrees.
The information delivered during the course is provided in good
faith. It should not be relied on as a
substitute for independent legal, financial, tax or other professional
advice.

|
Additional Study Material: |
|
IIM courseware provides the essential
learning material. Depending on your learning needs, IIM advisors
may recommend optional reference book(s). Reference books can be
purchased separately from leading bookstores such as Amazon, B&N or
Borders.
|
|
Course Assessment Fees: |
|
Participants may choose to
have an optional project assessment by their advisors. The first assessment
and feedback is free.
If participants are not satisfied with their performance,
they have up to two additional attempts for re-submitting their
project papers. A re-evaluation
fee of USD $250 will be charged for each submission.

|
Conduct: |
|
You agree to maintain professional and
courteous behavior during the course.
You agree not
to send or
post any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing,
defamatory, hateful, or otherwise causes distress to any
individual or organization or entity.
You
agree not to violate any local, state, federal, or international law
in relation to the use of IIM services or products.
You indemnify
IIM from any legal liabilities resulting from the misuse of any of
its website or resources.
You agree not to use video or audio recording devices at the courses
or events.
You agree not to use the information obtained at the event or
workshop to compete with IIM.

You may print the course
material for personal learning. You may not share, distribute or
sell any course
material without IIM's prior written permission.

Course
Fees,
Cancellation
and Refunds: |
|
Course fees
includes application processing fee, course material use, advisor
support, project assessment feedback and other related
administration and service
fee. Las Vegas Accelerated Workshops
- All cancellations and reschedules are subject
to $150 (USD application processing and administration
fees.
- To receive a refund,
cancellations must be submitted in writing via email, online
form, or fax at least 10 working days before the starting date of the course.
- No refunds for cancellations notices within
10 days from the course start date. However, IIM advisors may
allow some candidates to
have a one-time option to reschedule their course to no later than
6 months.
(The reschedule dates are subject to IIM resource availability and approval)
Distance Learning Courses
- There are no refunds for
distance learning courses

Rights: |

IIM reserves
the rights to accept or reject any application based on its
resource availability. IIM reserves the right to change its
fees or policy in the future without prior notice. Any such change
shall be posted on this website for public access.
