IIM's Course Registration
and Cancellation Policy.
You agree to
the following:

You are 21 years of
age or older.
|
|
Course: |
|
You
agree with the course goals and delivery methods. You
understand that IIM (International Institute of Management) is an executive education and professional training institute. IIM
does not offer academic degrees.
The information delivered during the course is provided in good
faith for educational purposes. It should not be relied on as a
substitute for independent legal, financial, tax or other professional
advice regarding a specific business issue.

Course Assessment Fees: |
|
Participants may choose to
have an optional project assessment by their advisors. The first assessment
and feedback is free.
If participants are not satisfied with their performance,
they have up to two additional attempts for re-submitting their
project papers. A re-evaluation
fee of USD $250 will be charged for each submission.

Conduct: |
|
You agree to maintain professional and
courteous behavior during the course.
You agree not to use video or audio recording devices at the courses
or events.
You agree not to use the information obtained at the event or
workshop to compete with IIM.
You agree not
to send or
post any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing,
defamatory, hateful, or otherwise causes distress to any
individual or organization or entity.
You
agree not to violate any local, state, federal, or international law
in relation to the use of IIM services or products.
You indemnify
IIM from any legal liabilities resulting from the misuse of any of
its website or resources.

License and Copyright: |
|
You may print the course
material for personal learning. You may not share, distribute or
sell any course
material without IIM's prior written permission. Violation
of IIM copyrights are subject to maximum penalties provided by US
and international laws.

Course
Fees,
Cancellation
and Refunds: |
|
Course fees
include application processing, course material use, advisor
support, project assessment feedback and other related
administration, banking and service
fees. Accelerated Workshops/ Classroom Courses in Las
Vegas or other Cities:
- Rescheduling is open for up to 9 months based on seat
availability and mutual agreement.
- Each reschedule request is subject
to $250 administration
fees.
- All cancellations are subject
to $500 (USD application processing, administration and banking
fees).
- To receive a refund,
cancellations must be submitted in writing via email, IIM online
form, or fax at least 30 days before the start date of the course.
No refunds or rescheduling requests will be
approved if requested within 30 days from the start date of the
course.
Distance Learning Courses
- There are no refunds for
distance learning courses
- Rescheduling is open for up
to 9 months

Rights: |
|
IIM reserves
the rights to accept or reject any application or rescheduling
requests based on the
availability of its
resources. IIM reserves the right to change its
fees or policy in the future without prior notice. Any such change
shall be posted on this website for public access.

Limitation of Damages |
|
All claims by the client
arising out of or relating to this contract shall not exceed the
cost of the product(s) or service(s) sold to the client
|
|
Dispute Resolution |
|
All disputes or claims arising out of
or relating to this contract shall be submitted to binding
arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the American
Arbitration Association then in effect. The judgment of the
arbitrator is binding to each of the parties and final. Each party
will pay their own legal expenses.

Choice of Law |
|
This agreement
shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Nevada.
If any provision of this contract is held unenforceable, then such
provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intention. All
remaining provisions of this contract shall remain in full force and
effect.
